Letter from Trixie to her Mother, Annie Riffe- Jones, dated 1912. Trixie and Geo were still newlyweds and would have been married about 7 months. Mama and Papa Jones (Annie and DR. EA) were living back in Sayre, Ok at this time.

The word Milk was cut off the bottom.

made anything -cut off bottom.

That is all of this letter. Most of the others I will add are complete.

Edward Boddy

I am not quite sure who Edward Boddy is to the Jones family.  I am pretty certain he is of no relation.  I thought this was an interesting photo though.  Looks like he had quite a lively personality!

I had to add the photo lower on the page so please scroll down to see it.

1912/1913 Checks- Part 2

Checks from 1912 (part 1)

There are several reasons why I love these checks.  One reason is that Geo's signature is on them.  So neat!

GS Jones is George "Stanley" Jones

LR Gideon is Lee Roy Gideon (Geo's father).
